►Does it cost more for MyProCarGuys Service than at a typical dealership?  Do I pay additional fees to MyProCarGuys?

No, the heavily negotiated Price Quote that we've obtained for you; with the lowest price, has our compensation included.

 

►Do I have to pay a Vehicle Deposit?

On select vehicle orders a deposit may be required to secure your ordered vehicle. 

Your vehicle order is based upon your request. Therefore your vehicle order is secured with an applicable deposit, if so required.     
 
MyProCarGuys will go over the complete details in regard to the sales process which includes, your purchase order, required state disclosures and all applicable documents regarding the lease or purchase.

►Can I come by your lot and look at cars?

Unlike a typical dealership with large overhead cost; with millions of dollars of inventory on the ground, we manage to keep our overhead down and pass on saving to our clients by not having huge inventories to view at our location. We network locally and nationally with vehicle vendors to obtain our inventory and we purchase based on our client's request.

 

 ►What are Internet Specials?

Internet Specials are vehicles we've purchased for our inventory, taken in on trade, or consignment vehicles and lease return vehicles we offer for sale or lease.

Internet Specials are available for viewing or test drives by appointment in the Metro Areas that MyProCarGuys serves. Contact us and we'll schedule a time to bring the vehicle to your home or office for a test drive.

►What is Pre-Owned Certified?

All Pre-Owned vehicles receive a routine service and maintenance prior to sale and delivery. All Pre-Owned vehicles are CarFax Certified, guaranteed no prior accidents, flood damage and have a clean title history. If the vehicle is still under the manufacturer's warranty, the remaining factory warranty is passed on to the new vehicle owner.

 

MyProCarGuys vigorously inspects all Pre-Owned vehicles purchased for resale. We paint meter all of our cars. This informs us if there has been any repaint due to possible accidents or other issues. We hold the highest standard in vehicle inspection and only select the finest quality Pre-Owned vehicles for our clients.
